Most of the team help each other out when needed. Makes for a good workday and good social interactions
Better pay, managers who actually care about making sure themselves and their team are working as a team and putting in effort to develop staff. The flexibility to WFH without feeling pressure of management being annoyed about it.
Leading, they don't understand processes nor do they follow them, themselves which makes it difficult then to be effiecent. Theres also very clearly people within the the team that would benefit from being managed a bit more, guided. But then dont get that, managers cant workout how to manage them
