Our team is made up of the exceptions. Nearly every business has a few kind, hardworking, supportive teammates, but our office is full of them. And most of us are friends outside of work, too.
The people. My team. I work with a great group of people and I look forward to seeing them in and outside of work. I could punch keys on a keyboard anywhere, but I don't think I would ever have this many friends in one place.
We've built a culture of trust. From the open communication from leadership to the way that supervisors manage their teams. Teammates trust that leadership is looking out for them and that their peers want to see them succeed. It is a great environment because we trust each other.
1. Most of them 'came up through the ranks' so I love that they know how it feels to be in our position. 2. They trust and respect the team. No micromanaging here. 3. They are humble. They know that they don't know everything and they lean heavily on us to help fill in their knowledge gaps.
