As with any growing company, there's always going to be room for improvement. At Ooze we constantly optimise our current processes. I feel that what I can do to improve the company further is to help in developing a knowledgebase or wiki that can help people find resources quickly.

They lead by example. Our leadership team has a set of leadership principles that they continue to rate themselves by. This allows them to ensure that their principles are aligned with the Ooze DNA and Vision. They do not act like they are above the rest of the team and nurture co-leadership
