Be honest, people will still want to work for you.
Giving people hope that people in entertainment have hearts and actually care about social issues. Not just talking but making change happen.
When you're lucky to have a good team they'll have your back. Be wary of the teams who have cliques, people get pushed out.
Practice what you preach. Don't punish employees who give constructive feedback, or tell them that no problems exists when being presented with an issue. Activities and freebies don't make up for lack of compensation.
