They are open, honest and fair
Toxic workplace. Run, don't walk.
Employees are always nice. However, they are lacking knowledge if inner workings of how to process things, i.e. incoming wire transfers. etc. Getting in touch with rep is cumbersome or non-existent. Response time to email and phone messages should NOT take from 3 days to 2weeks.
They're nice to be around and respectful
It is safer and more secure than a standard bank.
