
The directors are good. Senior people are good. HR department is good, kind and friendly. Questions are straight to point.
There has not been any evolution since a long time. People seems to be neglecting the expertise, qualification, experience. Policies just written but not followed.
So much unprofessional and unstructured work going on. Need to make a proper environment with transparency, which was before and now getting vanished. Lots of things are not defined properly, need to cover all the loopholes.
The co-workers are abusive, irregular, nonprofessional. Politics has gone on a very bad level. Insult and abuse has become everyday's scenario. They need to respect other people's processional and personal requirements. No one is taking responsibility for own task, need to bring that first.
First, need to have a culture now. It has vanished. Make the people engaged, professionally and personally. Lots of unstructured and nonprofessional people has ruined the culture and need to make it proper. Need to have regular conversation with employees and stop neglecting bad reviews.
Need to define the work. KRA, KVA. Need to evaluate employees on regular basis. Customers are having trouble with products, need to work a lot on the work practice. productivity can easily be increased. Need to make people stronger in the skills and knowledge. Make people more professional.
