generally positive, i like the people and my colleagues, the one big room for improvement is investing more in our support/operational channels. we have increased our sales team by 3 fold in the last 8 years, there's no reason 1 OPS specialist should support over 400 accounts.
Getting to speak to multiple people at the company was valuable to me during the interview process.
