Each engineer will have to work on multiple projects, most engineers will be over worked.
How's the leadership on the Engineering team at RTS Labs?
There is no real leadership. Most developers like to work on their own. Even thought the company says “we are very collaborative” that is not the case. The collaboration only happens when software or web applications break and the developers need to work together quickly to fix it for the client. It all begins with management.
Need more training. Especially project management.
What do people at RTS Labs think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Thoughts are all over the place. Constantly interrupts you when you are speaking. Not very encouraging when it comes to every individuals career. Likes to cut corners when it comes to cost.
He is compassionate.
