Leadership team couldn't care less of the team manager's poor management style, as long as it didn't get in their way of promotions and success.

Having said that Samsung's one of the largest tech company across the globe, it was a huge disappointment to see how toxic and unhealthy the work culture and their environment were. Wouldn't recommend it at all.
