
I can genuinely say I can have a one on one with any individual in the company and feel like we can connect over some topic.
Even though there aren't as many office dogs now, I always love the ones who are there as good for stress relief and creating a welcoming environment, if they are well-trained.
I appreciate how much they voice how available they are to employees to reach out to and talk about anything - however their schedules may not actually allow it, but the voiceover is appreciated anyways.
I liked that during a portion of my interview that included a practical challenge, I was given alone time to think through and work on the problem, versus having someone watch over my back which could be nerve-wracking for some.
Not only do we get unlimited PTO and we have a healthy enough work culture where people feel they can actually take that PTO, we have plenty of company-funded benefits too like transportation, health and wellness, education, catered lunch and snacks, dog-friendly offices.
I appreciate that my specific team has open-minded, collaborative, and intelligent individuals who are always willing to help each other out. I also feel we extend responsibilities beyond our team to look out for other coworkers and consider larger company initiatives and projects.
