Leadership needs to redirect some of their enthusiasm away from the technology and towards their employees. We are constantly backfilling positions because there's little effort to keep good people here. Pay is not particularly competitive, benefits (in the US) are terrible, and we're held to unrealistic timelines. I love my coworkers and I really enjoy interacting with my clients, but I do not feel valued by Leadership. For such a small company, they really treat us like mere cogs in the wheel.
