This work culture is extremely clique-oriented. Like high school, you figure out where you belong in the first couple weeks and are stuck there whether you like it or not - the cool kids don't have any openings. And for the love of god, do not use the break room for lunch or socializing, it's just a place for busy-bodies to gossip about other coworkers. Everyone is nice on the surface, don't get me wrong, but don't expect to make friends here.

Everyone has there own clique and if you do not automatically fall into one then hardly anyone will ever even acknowledge you. I was pretty lonely there.
