How flexible is your work schedule at Sosland Publishing?

Very flexible. As long as you're finished with your work by deadline, they don't care if you're 15 minutes late or leave a little early. It was much better when everyone was on salary (before the damned department of labor switched most of us to hourly timecards), but essesntially, the attitude has remained the same. Just write on the card that you came in at 8am, had a one-hour lunch, and then left at 5pm and your solid. No one's going to call you out on anything unless you work overtime. Then they will be very upset. Yeah, it's kind of like that.
