Multiple years with no raises or promotions
Too many meetings with no goals or agendas
Leadership team was very transparent during bankrupcy and there were no layoffs during that period.
Going bankrupt. Purchased by private equity. Lack of controls in manufacturing. Loss of batch records. Too many directors not enough people to do the work
Almost all other teams are remote except for a few days in the month. I have to spend hour commuting while others just stay at home all day
