Stop giving all the money to the executive people and put it into the lineman, they do the work not the paper pushers. It would be nice if they also put the money from the "storm recovery" into the storm recovery.
Customer service is terrible and they lie. They say they "tried" to contact me about a power outage at you home. NO record on missed calls, recent calls, e-mails or voice mails. My refrigerator and A/C were off until I called after I returned from vacation. I had a huge mess to clean up in a house
