I think people like him. I think he speaks well, but Is always hiding something, and keeps information on the company close to the vest. Too positive all the time.

For the IS department I wouldn't say that the interview was much different from other companies. There was the usual grilling on technical questions, a few whiteboard problems, and a small code sample I had to submit before the interview. I can't speak for the process in other departments, however.
