My experience has been fantastic, highly recommend it to others. The only challenge is taking a full vacation without having to work during some of it-I haven't yet been able to do that but it's minor when you consider the work from home benefits. I'm very happy with APFM!

Interesting products, fun projects. The view of the local office is poor and not looking up.

Terrible communication with employees at the individual employee level. If things are going well upper management is your best friend, if things aren't going well they look for people to blame but never look at themselves. Not a good place to be if you want career growth and stability.

Turnover at the company is a constant issue. The workload is always increasing.
