Im very appreciative for the oppertunities ive been givin here but there are many negatives that make me not feel comfortable.
I Enjoy working at Carrington
The rate of the pay given to assistant managers and the hours they have to put in are absolutely horrific. Ask any assistanf manager how they like fo stay at the front desk for ten hours a day, and no accomodations as to why they are needed to be there that long. Disappointing to hardworking staff.
