People are really interested in doing things the right way. Specifically around things like unit testing, choosing the right frameworks for the task, supporting/challenging teammates to do their best works, code reviews, etc. If you want to push your technical abilities to the next level it is a great environment. Most people have families, so work-life balance is also pretty important. People aren't expected to work weekends or >40 hours.
