Knowing I have been trained for a job is good
They trying you supposedly what a bunch of trainers and not really trying to you for the shift that you really supposed to design to be working on and how they fired me I didn't get a warning and I never gave anybody any problems in the first time that I work on my design shift I get fired
Be more organized on night shift day shift is very organized it's your night shift that's why you're not keeping people all night shift
Don't fire people because you don't have the proper people to train and it's not the the new how I fault it's your people that you got training some of them are good trainers and some are not
