The supervisor who interviewed me was a no nonsense guy.
Get rid of supervisors and management who bring a negative energy. Stop the blaming and finger pointing. Less negative reinforcement.
My coworkers are the best. We were #1 in the nation for 2 years straight. Just need to get back to it after a hard year that took a lot out of us.
Communication and policy decisions, as well as the use of company funds and the direction of the company. We're looking at a recession most likely this year but the company is heavily leveraged with debt from the past year. I don't believe that leadership has a game plan for an economic downturn.
I think it's too late to right the ship. There are inherent flaws that I've seen not just at my location but nationwide. The problem is too big for me to come up with a solution, plus I don't get paid to worry about that nonsense. In a few years unfi will either survive or be limping badly.
