Pac is a family first company. That looks to promote within. I've seen many of operators move up and become supervisors. We do a lot of events throughout the year.

It has gone downhill since the beginning of covid I enjoyed going to work but as employees left and not replaced the workload became unbearable - working 10-12 hours a day 5-7 days a week. Management does not seem invested in CORRECTING problems, only intersted in meeting the shipping $ each month.
