This is by far the best job I ever had

What can this brand most improve?

Get away from being a snowflake and get into the real world. Customer service is worse than anything I have ever encountered. As long as you are getting money you do not care about customers at all and beat around the bush!

What can this brand most improve?

The customer support of this company is just absolutely abysmal. I mean completely abysmal. You can wait days and days for issues to be resolved. Most issues are resolved as it's our way or the highway. Account suspended. Account banned.
