The friendliness of the supervisor
I think they claim handling could be more stream lined from a customer service aspect
I feel that they need to make the claim handling more stream line to the adjusters instead of customer service
I have a lot of experience in auto claims and I was over qualified for the position they had me doing
I think that the claim reps should be handling a lot of the calls from claimants and attorneys which these calls are being handled by a customer service representtive
