The company is not customer centric

People are smart, and have a high quality on deliverables.
The HR department should have more space on that matter.
Wildlife has a compensation that is not equal. People in the same role do not earn the same thing, and that will depend on which company or university they studied.
Stop hiring people just because they are coming from an ivy league university, or because this person is someone's friend or relative. The company is creating a culture very much biased and intoxicating.
