Cusrom glove ordered September17,2021. No personal emails or returned phone calls at all. Have had no contact from Wilson even though we have repeatedly called, left call back numbers and sent emails. There is NO CUSTOMER CARE TEAM. Need to follow through with what is described in company policy.
Customer service is extremely poor! I would love someone in the higher up to contact me about my order that I made Oct 2nd and still have not gotten this item. It was a Christmas present!
Your web site and marketing are terrible. Hard to believe any CEO or management team is awake at the wheel of this CPG company. Categories are all traced in the most vanilla way, no way for a consumer to feel like anyone at Wilson cares about their sport or is emotionally invested in the products.
