
There is a fairly flat org structure and currently Mob Programming is the work style. Previously there were Agile and SCRUM workflows. There is an engineering team, and a optimization team. Engineer team members are treated with respect, while the optimization team are more like second class, although very talented members exist on both teams. Work hard, play hard philosophy. There is little to no transparency about what it takes to move up on the team, or in general as an engineer once you make it on the Engineer Team. The two teams communicate well since it is an open office. Since adopting Mop style, not following any of the SCRUM ceremony anymore.
