They're annoyed by the unwanted calls they get from us on a daily basis
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because they outsource jobs they can pay us little compared to what they would pay their American Reps. The pay is okay in my home country but they can still do better because they can definitely afford to pay us better because weare taking both inbound and outbound calls
