The people I work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a very high paced job and is not for the lazy. But if you are willing to work hard you'll see this company likes to play hard too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all regular down to earth people. Easy to talk to and all of them have a great sense of humor and regularly find ways for everyone to have a good time.

I would create one. It's closer to a sweat shop than a business.
