They never raise their voice or get angry. Treat all employees like friends. Low stress atmosphere.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
High pay. Plus little perks like flex time, free lunch every day, free time off for doctors appointments, etc. Very easy going atmosphere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly. Everyone gets along very well. We work together without the ego problems I've seen at other jobs.
