Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that im not given the respect and acknowledgement I earned and deserve ,due to favoritism of certain workers. I been there longer and know how to do my job correct and efficient. My pay is not the same as the other shift leads and we do the same work.I feel I should be getting the same amount

Acknowledging there hard workers and keep them well maintained with hours to make a living.
