I would strongly recommend not working at this company. It's extremely apparent how inexperienced the management is, as all managers and senior leaders are promoted from the associate role, meaning none have any external leadership or industry knowledge. The hours are very strictly 8-6.

Should be paid much higher for the amount of money we make the company vs our salary.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hours are very strictly 8-6, and it's looked down upon to not come in early or leave late. You are also expected to work after hours if any client work comes in, which is most days of the week.
