Hiring the right kind of people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free snacks are a huge plus
The pay is great and we also have an internal revenue share scheme
Fairly paid. Maybe overpaid but it provides incentive.
The company investment plan is great
Bonus is a great perk
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Should be paid much higher for the amount of money we make the company vs our salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Freedom in choosing what industry you want to focus on
Professional, friendly, helpful at all times.
They are incredibly kind - there is a high support environment
Super cohesive and equal participation is encouraged
Really smart and reliable as well as fun

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Young recent college graduates realizing we made a huge mistake at the same time.
The people are so great
Most people are genuine friends; makes the day pass by quickly and work events that much more fun. People care about each other and are interested in each other's lives beyond the office. Plus, free snacks all day, every day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hours are very strictly 8-6, and it's looked down upon to not come in early or leave late. You are also expected to work after hours if any client work comes in, which is most days of the week.
Less hours would be great
