Mission Statement
To improve fleet ability to perform propulsion plant maintenance and operation by providing innovative and cost effective Training Technical Support Engineering to FMAs, Operating Units, Training Organizations and other activities as directed by higher authority. We are a flexible, responsive, technically proficient organization, with worldwide customer service as our primary emphasis. We will dedicate resources to create an environment that affords everyone the opportunity to reach their maximum growth potential.

We will be a diversified center of excellence for training, technical support, engineering, and the application of information technologies.
