What do you like best about the leadership team?
The members on it are amazing. Very understanding and patient. Might I also add caring and have good sense of humor to cope with the heartbreaking things that can be messaged in to us about.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't need compensation, for me, I do a volunteer position. The only thing I really need from this wonderful service is to continue training new listeners and continue helping others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together very diligently, from my perspective. Majority of us are honest with ourselves in when we need a self-care break and could benefit from contacting a higher level/authority or another member to help assist with anything.
