What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to pay everyone more, and not give employees new titles with increased work without an increase in pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is significantly lower than the median salary for my role, and also lower than what I was making before. The raise I receive barely keeps up with inflation.
