Mr. Peter J. Moerbeek, CPA, also konwn as Pete, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Primoris Services Corporation since February 6, 2009. Mr. Moerbeek Founded Ni America, LLC and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. From August 1995 to June 2006, he held several positions with publicly traded Southwest Water Company. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Los Angeles-based Southwest Water Co. from February 25, 2004 to 2006, served as President of its Services Group from 1997 to 2006, served as its Chief Financial Officer from 1995 to 2002, its Secretary from 1995 to 2004 and served as its Executive Vice President since 1997 and Chief Executive Officer of the non-regulated business segment. He joined Southwest Water Co., in 1995 as Vice President of Finance. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of a private equity funded company engaged in the acquisition and operation of water and wastewater utilities from 2006 to 2008. From June 2006 to February 2007, he was involved in raising equity capital for Ni America. Mr. Moerbeek has over ten years experience in the water and wastewater utility industry and served financial and operations positions in publicly traded cable-TV equipment manufacturing and high-tech laser development companies. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of ECO Resources Inc., (ECO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Southwest Water since 1997. He served as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer for publicly-traded Pico Products, Inc., from 1989 to 2005. He served as Vice President and Controller for Ortel Corporation from 1986 to 1989. He served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Eisenman Chemical Company from 1982 to 1985. He has been a Director of Primoris Services Corporation since July 2008. He serves as a Director of Ni America, LLC. He served as a Director of Southwest Water Co. from April 2001 to 2006. Mr. Timothy R. Healy also known as Tim.He has been Co-President of Industrial - ARB, Inc., at Primoris Services Corporation since February 2006. Mr. Healy has served as Co-President of ARB since February 2006. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of ARB. He was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Industrial group. He joined Primoris through Primoris's acquisition of Oilfield Construction in 1989. In 2006, Mr. Healy was elected president of the CPMCA (California Piping and Mechanical Contractors Association). He received a B.S. in Construction Engineering from the State University of New York at Alfred.

Mr. Thomas E. McCormick, also known as Tom, has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Primoris Services Corporation since April 7, 2016 and April 18, 2016 respectively. Mr. McCormick has extensive engineering & construction industry experience in projects for many energy-related end markets, including pipelines, refining, petrochemicals, gas processing and oil sands, according to a statement early Thursday. Prior to 2007, he worked for more than 17 years at BE&K Engineering on a variety of heavy civil projects. Mr. McCormick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and an Advanced Executive Management Degree from Insead University in Fontainebleau, France .

Mr. Jay Osborn has been President of Distribution - West Construction Services at Primoris Services Corporation since 2015. Prior to this role, Mr. Osborn served as President of the wholly owned Primoris subsidiary Q3 Contracting, which was acquired by Primoris in 2012. He served as the President and Partner of Q3 Contracting Inc., since 1999. He possesses over thirty-seven years' experience in the utility industry. His credits include such companies as Mueller Pipeliners and Donaldson Construction. His areas of expertise are in natural gas distribution and he has also overseen many electrical and communication projects. He has been responsible for many large and complicated rebuild and replacement projects for the major metro-area utility companies and personally oversees those projects from bid process, staffing, training and scheduling.

Mr. Gary Martin has been President of Primoris Energy Services Corporation - Energy Services at Primoris Services Corporation since June 2016. Mr. Martin is a Co-Founder of Primoris Services LLC. Mr. Martin Founded IDMI in 1996 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He has over 40-yrs of EPC experience in pulp & paper; refining; power; chemical and petrochemical industries. xHe consults with and advises the Primoris leadership team and helps to form Primoris Services's vision and support its growth. He spent the last 30 years of his career with BE&K/KBR. He received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master's Degree in Engineering Technology Management from Stanford University.

Mr. Michael D. Killgore, also known as Mike, has been President of James Construction Group at Primoris Services Corporation since January 2015. Mr. Killgore served as an Executive Vice President and Director of Construction Services at Primoris Services Corporation since March 2010. He served as Chief Executive Officer of James Construction Group since 2007. He has been employed by James Construction Group and its predecessor companies since 1977. He has been Director of Primoris Services Corporation since December 18, 2009. He is a registered Civil and Environmental Engineer in the state of Louisiana. Mr. Killgore received a B.S. Civil Engineering degree from Louisiana Tech University in 1978.
