Mr. Krishan Aruna Canekeratne, also known as Kris, co-founded Virtusa Corporation in 1996 and has been the Chief Executive Officer since 2000. Mr. Canekeratne oversees Virtusa's strategic direction and all day-to-day operations. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of eDocs, Inc. As a Co-Founder of eDocs, he set the technical direction for eDocs and also directed its software engineering efforts. His extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise class customer care and document management solutions has played a key role in its ability to deliver an easy to deploy, off-the-shelf Internet billing and customer management solution that is also extremely scalable. He served as the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at INSCI Corporation. He served as the Chief Architect of the INSCI CoinServ system. He was one of the founding team members at INSCI Corp., and was on the executive management team that took INSCI public in 1994. Prior to INSCI, he worked for IECA, a wholly owned subsidiary of ADP, where he held technology management positions in the critical areas of software product development and systems architecture. He also has significant experience developing and deploying offshore software development teams. His stewardship is the driving force behind one of the fastest growing software services firms in the US with seven years of consecutive growth. A large part of this growth is a direct result of Virtusa's highly differentiated ProductizationTM methodology. He has been the Chairman and Non Executive Director at Polaris Consulting & Services Limited since March 4, 2016. He has been the Chairman and Director of Virtusa Corporation since 2000 and 1996 respectively. He serves as a Director of Foodida Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Syracuse.

Mr. Tim Wright serves as an Executive Vice President and Global Head of Business Consulting & Business Process Transformation at Virtusa Corp. Mr. Wright served as Senior Vice President of Virtusa Corp. Mr. Wright heads Virtusa's Global Business Consulting and Business Process Transformation Practices. He is responsible for practice leadership, go-to-market, offering/solution development and people management. Prior to Virtusa, he served as President and Co-Founder of Via Maris Consulting and Vice President of Management Consulting with Cap Gemini. He helped build multi-year relationships with Fortune 100 firms in the Telecom and Media industry and rebuilt a practice from the ground up in North American after working in Europe for 5 years in the late 1990's. He has two and a half decades of experience in resolving complex business and technology issues and also working with a wide range of clients across multiple industries. Mr. Wright has an MBA from Northeastern's School of Business through their High Technology Program and has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Mr. Raj Rajgopal has been President of Digital Business Strategy at Virtusa Corporation since August 2017. Mr. Rajgopal served as the President of Enterprise Transformation Services at Virtusa Corporation from March 2016 to August 2017 and served as its President from May 22, 2013 to March 2016. Mr. Rajgopal served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development & Client Services at Virtusa Corporation from October 29, 2008 to since May 22, 2013. He served as the Head of Communications Content and Technology (CCT) Business Unit at Virtusa Corporation from April 2005 to October 29, 2008, General Manager of Global Enterprise Business Unit since October 2005. He has over 20 years of services industry experience with large enterprises both in the US and Europe. Prior to Virtusa, he spent thirteen years at Gemini Consulting, the business consulting arm of Capgemini, where he helped large enterprise clients define and implement their business strategies. He led Capgemini's US Communications and Media practice, where he helped rebuild and grow the practice through several mergers. Prior to that, He served for five years in London leading and growing Capgemini's European practice focused on launching Communication startups. He served as an Executive Director of The Communications Futures Program at MIT, an effort to define the future of the Communications industry. Mr. Rajgopal holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and an Undergraduate Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Mr. Ranjan Kalia has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Virtusa Corp. since October 29, 2008 and has been its Executive Vice President since October 2010 and serves as its Principal Financial and Accounting Officer. Mr. Kalia served as a Senior Vice President of Finance at Virtusa Corp from April 2008 to October 29, 2008. Prior to Virtusa, he served as Vice President, Finance of EMC Corporation and held various finance and operational roles including Chief Financial Officer for EMC Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Kalia has over twenty years of experience in finance and operations as a finance leader. Prior to EMC, he served as Controller for GE Capital Commercial Finance. He held management positions with Pepsi-Cola International and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Kalia received a Master of Business Administration from Nichols College and a undergraduate degree from Delhi University, India.

Mr. Thomas R. Holler, also known as Tom has been the Chief Strategy Officer of Virtusa Corp. since May 2011 and its Executive Vice President since October 29, 2008. Mr. Holler served as the Chief Operating Officer of Virtusa Corp. from October 29, 2008 to May 2011. Mr. Holler served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance, Secretary and Treasurer of Virtusa Corp. from 2001 to October 29, 2008 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until October 29, 2010 and Senior Vice President of Finance. He has over 18 years experience in finance and operations. He has an extensive experience working with both established and emerging companies. Before joining Virtusa, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Cerulean Technology (later acquired by Aether Systems). Prior to Aether, he worked at 3COM, Programart, Teradyne and Unisys. He has been a Director of Interactions LLC since October 8, 2013. Mr. Holler received a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayne State University.

Mr. Roger Keith Modder has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Virtusa Corp. since May 2011. Mr. Modder served as Executive Vice President Global Services and President of Asia at Virtusa Corp. from October 29, 2008 to May 2011. He served as Managing Director of Asian Operations and Executive Vice President at Virtusa Corp. from 2001 to October 29, 2008. He heads Virtusa's Advanced Technology Centers in Colombo Sri Lanka and in Hyderabad and Chennai, India. He counts over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Mr. Modder served as Managing Director of John Keells Office Automation and Keells Business Systems Ltd., two leading IT/OA solutions companies in the John KeellsGroup. He systematically built these companies, which collectively represented IBM, Cisco, Lucent and Toshiba to be market leaders and very profitable ventures of the John Keells IT sector. He was with the John Keells Group for over eight years and was one of the youngest to be appointed to the post of Managing Director. Prior to Keells, he worked at DMS/WANG for nine years. Mr. Modder serves as an Executive Council member of the Software Exporters Association of Sri Lanka and a member of the Board of Directors of the Lanka Open Source Foundation.

Ms. Darshana Pai serves as Global Delivery Head of Banking and Financial Services at Virtusa Corporation. Ms. Pai serves as Head the Global Delivery function for Virtusa's Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Business unit for Americas, Europe and Rest of World regions. She is responsible for enhancing customer experience through delivery excellence, employee engagement and growth of this SBU. She leads a large team of professionals across delivery centers in Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and onsite client locations. She also has extensive experience in running complex business and technology transformation programs delivering business outcomes to customers. Ms. Pai is also part of the core committee of NASSCOM's Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) team in Hyderabad. At Virtusa, she spearheads a Gender Diversity Initiative (Women of Virtusa) providing mentorship and career guidance to fellow women associates. Ms. Pai was the Delivery and Center Head for Virtusa's Hyderabad and Bangalore Centers. In this role she helped scale the center from 1000 employees to 3500 employees by building strong delivery leadership team, grooming talent from within and running campus recruitment and training programs. For helping Virtusa's clients solve the business problems that they face today through her experience and industry perspective, she has been recognized by the industry and honored with: Women Leadership Achievement Award in the IT sector-2014 by the World Women Leadership Congress and Award (WWLCA), Women Achievers in IT-2014 award under the 'Business leader' category at INTEROP 2014, Named as one of the Top 20 Women in IT - 2014 by Dataquest magazine in the August 2014 issue and Best Woman Corporate Leader-2013 award by the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC). Prior to joining Virtusa Corporation, she worked in leadership positions for organizations such as Wipro, CapGemini, Satyam and Patni Computers over the last 20 years. She has varied professional experience from the IT Industry after having led large teams delivering multi-million dollar IT solutions to customers in Retail & CPG, Finance, Energy & Utilities, Travel & Leisure, Logistics and Government sectors spread across Europe, US, Australia, Singapore and Japan. She has travelled extensively across the globe and has with her vast knowledge and experiences on people, culture, technology and business. Ms. Pai has B.E degree from Mumbai University and has done her Masters in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Mr. Senthilkumar Ravindran serves as Head of Fintech Lab and Senior Vice President - Level I at Polaris Consulting & Services Limited. Mr. Ravindran serves as Head of Fintech Lab, Banking and Financial Services at Virtusa Corporation. He is responsible for advising clients to solve traditional problems with innovative new technologies and creating innovative Digital solutions. He has 20 years of experience in financial services including Retail Banking, Payments, Wealth Management , Transaction Banking and Insurance. He is very passionate about the transforming traditional system landscape into a Smart Digital Landscape which puts Customer at the center of everything. He served as Head of Digital Banking Lab of Polaris Consulting & Services Limited since March 11, 2016 and served as its Heads of the Sales and Solutions Group - Europe and Client Partner of Europe until March 11, 2016. Mr. Ravindran was responsible for taking Polaris innovative propositions across Digital, Analytics, Payment, Risk & Regulatory and High Performance Outsourcing (HPO) to Clients and prospects. He leads a diverse team of Solutions Experts representing both vertical and horizontal practices and plays a critical role of connecting several dots to service clients better. He has led several complex transformation programs that have resulted in significant business impact for Polaris Consulting & Services clients. His rich global experience is balanced across leadership roles in Delivery Management, Consulting and Sales. Prior to joining Polaris in 2000, he began his career with Tata Consultancy Services and has been a part of several innovative initiatives in mainframe as well as open systems. He holds BE in Electrical & Electronics from Bharathidasan University.

Mr. Sreekanth Lapala serves as Global Delivery Head at Virtusa Corporation. Mr. Lapala is responsible for global delivery and client delight across all Virtusa focus industries and operating geographies. In this role, Mr. Lapala is focused in building scalable delivery organization that builds in innovative practices and enables Right First Time delivery for Virtusa global clients. Prior to this role, Mr. Lapala was Global Head for Transformational Outsourcing Solutions group. In this role, he was responsible for all sales, solution creation, business development, research and sourcing advisor relationships. He focused on creating world-class differentiation and winning large strategic deals and improving the recurring revenue of the company. Mr. Lapala has in the right balance of technical competency, software delivery management and business acumen when working with global clients. Mr. Lapala graduated from a BITS Pilani.

Mr. Robert Graham, also known as Bob serves as an Global Solutions Head of Banking & Financial Services at of Virtusa Corp. Mr. Graham served as Executive Vice President of Financial Services at Virtusa Corp. Mr. Graham served as a Senior Vice President of Banking & Financial Services - Strategic Business Development of Virtusa Corp. In this role, Mr. Graham is responsible for Strategic Business Development, for expanding Virtusa's footprint at existing clients and acquiring new banking and financial services relationships through the development and delivery of industry-leading solutions. During his tenure at Virtusa, he has successfully helped leading financial services firms excel in customer acquisition and on-boarding, improving operational efficiency, accelerating time-to-market, millennial enablement, mobile banking and handling the ever changing regulatory environment. He has over 25 years of experience in financial services including core banking, capital markets, wholesale banking and wealth management. Prior to joining Virtusa, he spent four years at NetNumina Solutions in Cambridge, MA and six years at State Street Bank as a Vice President for Global Markets IT. He began his career at Bank of New England. He holds a BA from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY.
