What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help others gives me a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment that I've never experienced before and wouldn't trade for a billion dollars!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The elderly woman I take care of is very well cultured and shares ALL of her life lessons and experiences with me which teaches me more than anything I'd learn elsewhere and her home environment is so calm and cool that I feel more at home while at work then I do at my own place.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The personal experiences and life lessons I learn while working are compensation enough for me!

My coworkers really don't need to improve on anything in my opinion. I believe that they are doing perfectly fine already!
