Mr. Clinton H. Severson, also known as Clint, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Abaxis, Inc. since June 1996 and served as its President from June 1996 to April 2015. Mr. Severson served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of MAST Immunosystems, Inc. from February 1989 to May 1996. He has been the Chairman of Abaxis, Inc. since May 1998. He serves as the Chairman of Bioxiness Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He served at Syva from 1978 to 1984 and 3M Diagnostic Systems from 1984 to 1989. He has more than 40 years of experience in the medical diagnostics industry. He has been a Director of Abaxis, Inc. since June 1996. Mr. Severson has been Non-Executive Director of Trinity Biotech Plc since November 2008. He has been an Independent Director at Cutera, Inc. since January 06, 2015. He served as a Director of Response Biomedical Corp. since June 2011 until November 29, 2016. He served as a Director of IntelliDx, Inc. He served as a Director of CytoCore, Inc from November 28, 2006 to February 14, 2012. He served as a Director of LXN Corporation since October 2000. In 2007, Mr. Severson received the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year award from Forbes Magazine. Mr. Severson holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Minot State University in 1973.

Mr. Donald P. Wood, also known as Don, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Abaxis Inc., since April 2014 and has been the President since April 2015. Mr. Wood served as the Vice President of Operations of Abaxis Inc., from October 30, 2007 to April 2009. He served as a Vice President of Operations at Cholestech Corporation since April 2003. From July 2001 to March 2003, he served as Vice President of Bone Health, a business unit of Quidel Corporation and was responsible for Bone Health Product Operations, Device Research and Development and Sales and Marketing. Mr. Wood also served as Quidel's Vice President of Ultrasound Operations from August 1999 to July 2001. He served as Director of Ultrasound Operations of Metra Biosystems Inc., from July 1998 to August 1999 and also served as its Director of Operations from October 1995 to July 1998. Mr. Wood served as Senior Director, Operations of BioChem Pharma Inc., from July 1994 to October 1995. He held numerous positions within operations for Serono Diagnostics Ltd., from 1980 to July 1994. Mr. Wood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.

Mr. Ross Taylor, Jr. has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of finance at Abaxis, Inc. since August 1, 2015 and has been its Secretary since August 1, 2015. Mr. Taylor served as Vice President of Business Development & Investor Relations at Abaxis, Inc. since October 2014. Mr. Taylor joined Abaxis with more than 18 years of experience in the investment and securities industries, as a securities analyst covering the healthcare sector. He served as a Senior Vice President and Senior Research Analyst at CL King & Associates, Inc., Research Division from 2005 to October 2014. He covered the medical devices and supplies stocks within the medical technology space and dental and veterinary medicine and distribution sectors. Mr. Taylor joined the CL King & Associates in 2005. Prior to this, he served as a Director and Biotechnology Equity Research Analyst at UBS Investment Bank, Research Division since 1999. Earlier, he was a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Smith Barney covering healthcare services specializing in dialysis, clinical lab, imaging and health care real estate investment trust sectors since 1996. He began his career at C.J. Lawrence in 1992, as a Restaurant and Soft Drink Analyst. Mr. Taylor has more than 20 years of Wall Street experience on both the buy and sell side. He has an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from Duke University.

Dr. Craig M. Tockman, DVM has been an Vice President of Animal Health Sales and Marketing at North America at Abaxis, Inc. since April 2014. Dr. Tockman served as Director of Professional Services at Abaxis, Inc since October 2013.

Dr. Kenneth P. Aron, Ph.D. has been the Chief Technology Officer of Abaxis Inc. since April 2008. Dr. Aron served as a Vice President of Research and Development of Abaxis Inc., since February 2000. From January 1996 to April 1998, he served as Vice President of Research, Development and Engineering for CardioGenesis Corporation, Prior to the Acquisition by Eclipse Surgical Technologies. From April 1998 to November 1999, Dr. Aron served as Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Research and Development of Incyte Pharmaceuticals (Incyte Genomics). He held various positions with Heraeus Surgical Inc. from April 1990 to January 1996 and as Vice President of Research and Development and Engineering. Dr. Aron received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Jay Lakshmanan serves as the Senior Director & Head of Information Technology of Abaxis. Jay started at Abaxis in June of 2009. Jay is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Kenneth Aron serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Abaxis. Kenneth started at Abaxis in February of 2000. Kenneth is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Craig Tockman serves as the Vice President Sales and Marketing - North American Animal Health of Abaxis. Craig started at Abaxis in April of 2014. Craig is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
