Mr. Robert L. G. Watson, also known as Bob, has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Abraxas Petroleum Corp. since 1977. Mr. Watson has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Grey Wolf Exploration Inc. (Grey Wolf), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abraxas since December 6, 2002. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Abraxas General Partner LLC since May 2007. Since May 2007, Mr. Watson served as the Chief Executive Officer of Abraxas Operating of Abraxas Energy Partners, L.P. and Abraxas Energy Investments, LLC. From May 1996 to January 2003, he served as President of Grey Wolf Exploration, Inc., a former wholly-owned subsidiary of Abraxas (Old Grey Wolf). From November 1996 to January 2003, Mr. Watson served as the Chairman of the Board and President of Canadian Abraxas Petroleum Limited, a former wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary of Abraxas. Prior to Abraxas, he served in various petroleum engineering positions with Tesoro Petroleum Corporation, from 1972 to 1977 and DeGolyer and MacNaughton, from 1970 to 1972. He served as an Assistant to the President of Tesoro Exploration and Production Company. Mr. Watson served as the Chairman of the Board at Abraxas General Partner LLC since June 2007. He has been a Director of Abraxas Petroleum Corp. since 1977. He serves as a Director of Abraxas General Partner LLC. Mr. Watson has been a Director of Grey Wolf Exploration Inc. since December 6, 2002. He served as a Director of Canadian Abraxas Petroleum Limited from November 1996 to January 2003. Mr. Watson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in 1972 and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1974.

Mr. Peter A. Bommer, also known as Pete, has been Vice President of Engineering at Abraxas Petroleum Corp., since March 14, 2012. Mr. Bommer joined Abraxas in 2007 after owning and running the day-to-day operations of Bommer Engineering, a privately held engineering firm for over 25 years. He also holds the Professional Engineer designation. Mr. Bommer received a Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1978 and a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1999.

Mr. Geoffrey R. King, also known as Geoff, CFA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Abraxas Petroleum Corp. since September 1, 2012. Mr. King was a Research Associate and Portfolio Manager at Van Eck Associates Corporation. He joined Van Eck Associates in 2007 and specialized in exploration and production, refining, drilling and alternative energy markets. He also manages Van Eck Funds - Global Hard Assets fund. He serves as the Vice President and Director of Raven Drilling, LLC. Prior to joining Van Eck Associates, Mr. King was a Member of energy investment banking group at Merrill Lynch. Previously a member of institutional sales desk at Petrie Parkman and Company, he started his investment career as a Financial Analyst at Townsend Frew & Co and Edgeview Partners. Prior to joining Townsend Frew, Mr. King worked as a Summer Analyst at UBS Warburg in their global power and energy group and interned in the Treasury Department of the Gillette Company. During his tenure at Davidson College, he served as the General Manager of the Davidson Investment and Finance Association. Mr. King is a C.F.A charter holder and is also a Member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. He has received a B.A. in History and Economics from Davidson College in 2003.

Mr. Stephen T. Wendel has been Vice President of Marketing and Contracts at Abraxas Petroleum Corp. since 1990 and has been its Corporate Secretary since 1988 and also served as its Vice President of Land & Marketing. Mr. Wendel also serves as the Secretary and Director of Raven Drilling, LLC. He served as Manager of Joint Interests and Natural Gas Contracts at Abraxas Petroleum Corp. from 1982 to 1990. Prior to Abraxas, he held accounting, auditing and marketing positions with Tenneco Oil Company and Tesoro Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Wendel received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Lutheran University in 1971.

Mr. William H. Wallace has been Vice President of Operations at Abraxas Petroleum Corp. since 2000. Mr. Wallace served as Superintendent and Senior Operations Engineer of Abraxas Petroleum Corp. from 1995 to 2000. Prior to Abraxas, he was associated with Dorchester Gas Producing Company and Parker and Parsley. Mr. Wallace received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1981.
