Mr. John F. Gavin has been the Chief Financial Officer of Acacia Communications, Inc. since February 2012. Mr. Gavin is responsible for finance, human resources and corporate planning activities. He has 30 years of experience at building technology-focused, growth orientated companies in various industry segments including semiconductors, storage, software, computer and infrastructure systems. Over the past 14 years, he has held Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer roles at leading venture backed start-up companies and prior spent 16 years at DEC/Compaq, where upon the merger of DEC with Compaq, he served as the Vice President of Finance, Sales and Marketing for North America. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Stonehill College and a M.B.A. from Anna Maria College.

Dr. Benny P. Mikkelsen co-founded Acacia Communications Inc. in 2009 and has been its Chief Technology Officer since June 2009. Dr. Mikkelsen co-founded Mintera Corporation in 2000 and served as its Vice President of Systems and Technology. He served at Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies, where his research included ultra high speed optical transmission and all-optical regeneration systems. He worked for ten years at the Center for Broadband Telecommunication in Denmark, where he led research and development activities in all-optical transmission systems. Over the years he has been involved in seven different European research programs on optical communication. Dr. Mikkelsen has authored or co-authored approximately two hundred papers published in international journals and at international conferences. He has given several invited presentations at conferences, such as the Optical Fiber Communication Conference and served as a member of conference program committees. Dr. Mikkelsen has been a Director of Acacia Communications, Inc. since June 2009. Dr. Mikkelsen holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.

Mr. Mehrdad Givehchi is a Co-Founded Acacia Communications, Inc. in 2009 and has been its Vice President of Hardware and Software since June 2015. Mr. Givehchi served as Director of Hardware and Software at Acacia Communications, Inc since June 2009 until June 2015. Prior to Acacia Communications, Mr. Givehchi was a key developer at Mintera Corporation responsible for development of 40G non-coherent modules and subsystems. He has also led development of transport products at Sycamore and Optical/Jitter test equipment at Tektronix. His educational background includes Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Harvard University and Drexel University. He holds B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Ms. Janene I. Asgeirsson has been a Vice President and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Acacia Communications, Inc. since April 2015. Ms. Asgeirsson is responsible for all Acacia legal matters, including corporate and board governance, commercial contracting, including licensing, executive compensation and other employment matters, intellectual property, leasing, compliance and international operations. Prior to joining Acacia Communications, she was a Counsel in the corporate practice group of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, an international law firm, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, venture financings and ongoing public and private company representation. Prior to that, she was Senior Corporate Counsel at Entropic Communications, a publicly traded company and leading provider of silicon and software solutions to enable connected home entertainment. Prior to Entropic, she served as a Senior Corporate Associate at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP and as a Corporate Associate at Foley Hoag LLP. She has 15 years' experience in general business and corporate law matters. Ms. Asgeirsson holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelors of Accountancy from the University of San Diego. She is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the States of California and New York and of the Boston Bar Association and American Bar Association.

Mr. John P. Kavanagh has been Senior Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain at Acacia Communications, Inc. since May 2015. Mr. Kavanagh has over 20 years of international experience in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, New Product Introduction and Quality where he lead the management and development of high performance teams in support of building high volume complex electronic and optical products to meet new product and customer volume requirements. He is responsible for overall Acacia Manufacturing and Supply Chain to meet new product time to market objectives, strategic cost and sourcing objectives and ensure product ramp strategies that support high volume production. Previously, he was Vice President of Supply Chain at JDSU in California. Prior to JDSU, he was employed by Finisar Corporation where he held various positions including Vice President and General Manager and Vice President Supply Chain. He holds a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Limerick, Ireland.

Mr. Christian J. Rasmussen co-founded Acacia Communications, Inc. in 2009 and also has been its Vice President of Digital Signal Processing & Optics since June 2015. Mr. Rasmussen served as Director of DSP and Optics at Acacia Communications, Inc from June 2009 to June 2015. Prior to Acacia Communications, Mr. Rasmussen was a key technologist at Mintera Corporation developing 40G noncoherent systems. He holds an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Optical Communications from the Technical University of Denmark.

Brad Wright serves as the VP of Sales, Americas of Acacia Communications Inc.. Brad started at Acacia Communications Inc. in January of 2018. Brad currently resides in Greater Chicago Area.
