His medical fields of expertise are oncology, immunology and genomics with an international experience (U.S.A., Europe - France, U.K.) in the pharmaceutical industry involved in activities ranging from R&D, Clinical Trials, Business Development and Financing (Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Supratek Pharma). Dr. Lemieux co-founded Technologie Biolactis Inc. in 1998 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. He serves as a Board Member of BioQuebec. Dr. Lemieux has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Laval University, Canada, jointly with the University of Nottingham, England and a Post-doctoral Fellowship in Oncology from the Health Science Center, University of Texas.
