What do you like best about the leadership team?
ACD Direct is a great work at home job. Inbound callers seeking to donate to public broadcasting companies such as NPR and PBS call you. It's a simple process and a lucrative one during fundraising times. I own my own business, doing customer service from my home & this is my best contract ever!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My schedule is flexible, and I can make as much or as little as I want.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very helpful and encouraging. My questions are always answered quickly, and I never feel as though I'm "on my own."
