Ms. Jennifer J. Rhodes has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 2016 and its Chief Compliance Officer since August 2016 and Chief Business Officer since January 13, 2017. Ms. Rhodes joined Adamas in April 2016. She served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Medivation, Inc. from June 2012 to May 28, 2015 and from April 2013 to May 28, 2015 respectively, where she was responsible for its legal matters. She served as Chief Compliance Officer of Medivation, Inc. since July 2012 until October 2014. From May 2006 to June 2012, Ms. Rhodes served as an Assistant General Counsel at Pfizer Inc. where she supported the U.S. Primary Care Business and its Primary Care Medicines Development Group. She served as a global product lead for Pfizer Inc.'s primary care medicines. Prior to joining Pfizer Inc., she was an Associate in the regulatory law and international trade practice areas at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP from October 2000 to April 2006. From September 1998 to August 2000, she served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Gregory A. Carman on the United States Court of International Trade. Ms. Rhodes received a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Newcomb College of Tulane University.

Dr. Rajiv Patni, MD has been Chief Medical Officer of Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since June 2015. Dr. Patni served as the Chief Development Officer at Ocera Therapeutics, Inc., from September 2, 2014 to June 1, 2015. He served as Senior Vice President of US Medical at Actelion Pharmaceuticals US, Inc. He oversees all of Actelion's Medical and Regulatory activities in the United States. He continues to maintain a volunteer clinical cardiology practice. Mr. Patni has over 15 years of global drug development experience across multiple therapeutic areas as well as extensive knowledge of the drug approval process. He joined Actelion in 2010 with over 10 years of pharmaceutical experience with increasing responsibilities in the cardiovascular disease, congestive heart failure and diabetes clinical development programs of Pfizer, Novartis and Roche. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Vice President (Chief Medical Officer) at Actelion US Pharmaceuticals, Executive Director/Vice President (Product Lifecycle Team Leader, Therapeutic Area Head) at Roche Pharmaceuticals and Senior Medical Director (Development Team Leader) at Novartis and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Patni served as Vice President at Roche. He served as the Therapeutic Area Head for the Cardiovascular/Metabolism division of Roche Pharmaceuticals. He served on staff there as an Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine until 2000. Dr. Patni earned his B.S. from the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at the City University of New York's accelerated BS/MD Program. He holds M.D. from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He continued his education at the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York where he received his Doctorate of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Adult Cardiology Fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology.

Mr. Alfred G. Merriweather, also known as Alf, serves as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of RainDance LG. Mr. Merriweather has been Chief Financial Officer and served as its Principal Accounting Officer at Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from June 29, 2017 to September 15, 2017. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of RainDance Technologies, Inc. since November 2013 until February 2017. He was responsible for the finance, information technology, human resources and general legal functions. Prior to RainDance, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Verinata Health, Inc., a prenatal laboratory testing company, from January 2012 to July 2013, where he was responsible for the finance and general legal functions. He has more than 25 years of financial management experience including service as Chief Financial Officer in a number of laboratory service, medical technology and life science companies. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Celera Corporation since December 20, 2010 until May 2011 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until May 2011. He was responsible for the finance and information technology functions He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Calypso Medical Technologies, Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer since December 2004 until August 04, 2009 and Senior Vice President of Finance at Monogram Biosciences, Inc. (Formerly Virologic Inc.) from February 2007 to August 4, 2009 and its Principal Accounting Officer until August 4, 2009. He served as Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Aclara Biosciences Inc. from December 2001 to December 2004 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as Vice President of Finance at Monogram Biosciences, Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Cephren, inc. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sword CTSpace, Inc. (Formerly Citadon, Inc.) from 1999 to 2001. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Symphonix Devices, Inc. From 1993 to 1996, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of LipoMatrix, Inc. He served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Laserscope. He has spent over 25 years in senior financial positions at several private and public life science companies, including Monogram Biosciences, Inc. and Laserscope. Prior to his experience in the life science industries, he spent six years with Price Waterhouse in London, England and San Jose, California. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Merriweather holds a B.A. degree in Economics and a Master of Arts from The University of Cambridge, England.

Melissa Masterson serves as the Senior Vice President - Market Access, Distribution & Commercial Operations of Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc.. Melissa started at Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in June of 2017. Melissa currently resides in San Francisco Bay Area.
