Mr. Narbeh Derhacobian, Ph.D., Co-founded Adesto Technologies Corporation in January 2006 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since January 2006. Mr. Derhacobian has served technical and managerial roles at SST, AMD, Virage Logic and Cswitch Corporations. Mr. Derhacobian's industrial experiences cover development and commercialization of split-gate NOR flash, ETOX NOR and NAND flash as well as SONOS based MirrorBit NOR flash technologies. Mr. Derhacobian has over 17 years of industry experience working on discrete and embedded memory technologies. He serves as been a Director of Adesto Technologies Corporation, Inc since January 2006. He has over 40 granted patents in various areas of semiconductor memories. Mr. Derhacobian has a Ph.D. in physics from UCLA and an MBA from San Jose State University.

Mr. Kevin S. Palatnik has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Coherent, Inc. since February 22, 2016. Mr. Palatnik served as the Chief Financial Officer of Audience, Inc. from August 2011 to July 1, 2015 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until July 1, 2015. From 1994 to 1999 and June 2001 to November 2010, Mr. Palatnik served various positions at Cadence Design Systems, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cadence Design Systems Inc. from April 2008 to November 1, 2010 and then as its Advisor from November 1, 2010 to March 2011. He served as Member of the Interim Office of the Chief Executive (IOCE) and served as Senior Vice President at Cadence Design Systems Inc. from October 2008 to November 1, 2010. He served as Corporate Vice President and Corporate Controller of Cadence Design Systems Inc. from April 2006 to October 2008. During his tenure at Cadence, he served a number of senior financial and operational positions, including Corporate Vice President, Finance and Operations, Corporate Vice President and Technical Field Operations. Mr. Ishai Naveh, also known as Nachumovsky, co-founded Adesto Technologies Corporation in January 2006 and has been its Vice President of Business Development since February 2017 and served as its Vice President of Marketing and Business Development since April 2007 until February 2017. Mr. Naveh served as Vice President of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. USA of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. since October 2002, having served as Director of NVM Technology and Senior Director of Foundry Technologies in Tower Semiconductor Ltd., since 1997. Mr. Naveh has been employed by Tower Semiconductor Ltd. since 1993, initially as Manager of Product Test and Reliability. Mr. Naveh was employed by National in Migdal Haemek from 1984 to 1993 in the areas of Process and Product Engineering. He has published several papers and issued over 10 patents. Mr. Naveh holds a BSc from the Hebrew University and MBA from Heriott-Watt University.

Mr. Shane Hollmer co-founded Adesto Technologies Corporation in January 2006 and has been its Vice President of Engineering since April 2007. Mr. Hollmer has more than 19 years of experience in the semiconductor memory industry including engineering and engineering management positions at Advanced Micro Devices, Emosyn, Silicon Storage Technology and Monolithic Power Systems. He holds more than 50 patents the areas of non-volatile memory development and mixed signal design. He earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from San Jose State University.

Mr. Ronald K. Shelton, also known as Ron, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Adesto Technologies Corporation since December 2011 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Shelton served as the Chief Financial Officer of ChipX, Inc. Mr. Shelton served as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of GigOptix, Inc. from December 1, 2009 to February 1, 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President and Treasurer since March 2010 until February 1, 2011. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Alien Technology Corporation., since January 19, 2005 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Administration and Finance. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration of Alliance Semiconductor Corporation from April 2002 to December 7, 2004 and previously from 1992 to 1996. He also served as Principal Accounting Officer of Alliance Semiconductor Corporation until December 7, 2004. Mr. Shelton has more than 18 years experience in senior financial roles for technology companies based in Silicon Valley. He was previously with empowerTel Networks, a privately held company where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2002. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Shelton served as Chief Financial Officer of Cirrus Logic, Inc. a leading supplier of analog and DSP chip solutions for the consumer entertainment electronics industry. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Lara Technology. Mr. Shelton received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Stanford University.

Mr. Adam Badgett serves as Vice President of Operations at Adesto Technologies Corporation. Prior to joining Adesto, Mr. Badgett served as Vice President of Operation at O2Micro, where he was responsible for manufacturing, supply chain, test engineering and a captive semiconductor test factory. Previous to his role at O2Micro, he held various management and supervisory roles at Alliance Semiconductor. Mr. Badgett has more than 20 years of semiconductor operations and engineering management experience. Mr. Badgett received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. degree in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University.
