What are some of the best things about your team?
We were all temps and everyone worked hard for the little money we earned. My team worked well together and we did our best to help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees both direct hires and temps worked hard to help our customers. As an insurance company we did the best we could despite not always being fully trained.
What makes you most happy at work?
I loved the interaction with my co-workers and customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was doing the work that direct employees were being paid $20 hr for while I made min wage. And to be fired when I had permission to leave was ridiculous. Especially when a month later they called asking me to come back but still for min wage. No apology or explanation was given either.
