100% undervalued. Our pay should should reflect the abundant amount of work we do and it doesn't.
For a company preparing future healthcare workers it has the worst health insurance benefits that I've had in the past 10 years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This organization used to promote CARE - CARE for colleagues and for students and when they did the organization excelled. They strayed from that focus and it shows.
