Mr. Alexander Rijn Wynaendts, also known as Alex, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Aegon N.V. since April 2008 and its Chairman of the Management Board since April 23, 2008. Mr. Wynaendts has been a Member of the Management Board at Aegon N.V. since April 17, 2003. He serves as the Chairman of the Executive Board at Aegon N.V. and has been its member of the Executive Board since 2003. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Saecure 7 BV. In 1997, he joined AEGON as Senior Vice-President for Group Business Development. He served as the Chairman-Elect of the Executive Board of Aegon Nederland NV. and also its Member of the Executive Board since April 17, 2003. He has more than 30 years' experience of international Finance and insurance. Mr. Wynaendts has been an Independent Director of Air France-KLM SA since May 19, 2016. He serves as a Director at AEGON UK plc, a Member of Supervisory Board of AEGON Uni???n Aseguradora, a Member of Board of AEGON-CNOOC (China), and La Mondiale Participations (France), a Member Board of the Foundation Friends of the Mauritshuis Museum and of the Supervisory Boards of AEGON Hungary and AEGON Spain. Ms. Sarah Anne Cecil Russell, Master of Applied Finance, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Aegon Asset Management, a subsidiary of AEGON N.V. since August 1, 2010 and has been its Member of the Management Board since August 12, 2016. Ms. Russell served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Kames Capital plc. Previously, she served as a Senior Executive Vice President and Head of BU Asset Management at The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V., since January 2006. Prior to this, Ms. Russell served as the Chief Executive Officer at ABN AMRO Asset Management (Netherlands) B.V. from 2006 to 2008. She served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer at ABN AMRO since October 2005. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of the wholesale clients business at ABN Amro. She began her career at Toronto Dominion in Melbourne. She has a vast experience in international finance and asset management. She has been a Director of Nordea Bank AB (publ) since March 2010. Ms. Patricia Plas serves as a Senior Vice President of Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs for AEGON NV. Ms. Plas served as Director of Regulatory Affairs for AEGON NV since January 2007 and is responsible for development and implementation of its Public & Regulatory Affairs strategy. She served as Economics & Finance Director of Comite Europeen des Assurances (CEA), the insurance industry's EU-level trade body for three and half years. She served as Director of Financial Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Brussels.

Mr. Maarten E. Edixhoven has been the Chief Executive Officer of Aegon Nederland NV at AEGON N.V. since January 01, 2017. Mr. Marc A. van Weede has been a Global Head of Strategy & Sustainability at AEGON N.V since October 1, 2010 and also served as its Executive Vice President. Mr. van Weede served as Executive Vice President of Group Strategy for AEGON N.V. He served as Executive Vice President, Group Business Development of AEGON NV. He served as Senior Vice President, Group Business Development Department of AEGON NV since April 17, 2003. He started his career at Bank Mees & Hop in 1989. After leaving Bank Mees & Hope, he worked with Forsythe International and McKinsey & Company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Cambridge University.

Mr. Maurice A. Perkins has been Global Head of Government & Policy Affairs and Senior Vice President at AEGON N.V. since June 26, 2017. Mr. Perkins joined Aegon after more than a decade with the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI), where he served as Senior Vice President of Federal Relations. He has extensive experience in insurance regulation, tax reform and international financial services issues and he played a key role in securing the industry's priorities in connection with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. He served as a Senior Staff Member of U.S. Senate Committees on Banking and Foreign Relations. In these roles, he worked closely with U.S. Treasury and State Department officials and gained expertise in international trade and commerce, including dialogue between the U.S. and EU on financial matters. He also has significant experience in U.S. and Latin America relations, NAFTA and International Financial Institutions. He serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Freedom House, a U.S. based non-profit organization which advocates abroad for democratic change and human rights.
