There is no leadership. It's a dictatorship. All upper management cares about is money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's hard to feel good no matter how much you're paid when they expect you to sacrifice your life so THEY get to make all the money.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no teamwork when management only cares about money.
